Code of Ethics
    The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

    Loyalty to clients;

    Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

    Cooperation with competitors;

    Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
Designations
    ACCREDITED STAGING PROFESSIONAL (ASP) ® - someone who can assist you in readying your home to sell as a product in the current market utilizing the belongings you have, the principals of staging and industry secrets. This is a service my clients receive at no extra cost.

    CERTIFIED NEGOTIATIONS EXPERT (CNE) - trained in the art of real estate negotiations through the Real Estate Negotiations Institute. In the top 1% of agents/brokers in the country in negotiation skill training.

    EARTHSHARE ADVANTAGE BROKER ® - someone that has been trained to understand the advantages of using sustainable/green products & finishes in their home or as parameters to look for a newer home. Training is provided by the City of Seattle, Seattle City Light and the Earth Advantage Institute.
